Three Services,
One Direction
Each engagement is scoped for a specific situation — whether you need a quick diagnostic, a habit-building programme, or a wider organisational rhythm advisory.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Engagement
Before we recommend anything, we spend time watching how your team works. This observation phase — even for the shortest service — is what separates genuinely useful advice from generic recommendations that don't account for your particular situation.
We don't arrive with a standard prescription. We build an understanding of your team's rhythms, communication patterns, and the places where work tends to stall. Only then do we suggest changes — and those changes are designed with the team, not handed down to them.
Every engagement ends with a written output your team can refer back to independently. We want the improvement to continue after we're gone, not to remain dependent on us being in the room.
Workflow Tidy-Up Session
A practical working session that maps how your team's daily work flows and surfaces the small frictions that slow things down — where handoffs get stuck, where meetings eat time that could go elsewhere, where tools add noise rather than clarity. Useful for teams that feel busy but can't quite identify why progress feels slow.
What Happens in the Session
- 1.Brief intake: what feels slow or stuck right now
- 2.Walk through a recent typical week together
- 3.Identify friction points and patterns
- 4.Discuss possible adjustments with the group
- 5.Written note delivered within 3 working days
Productivity Habits Engagement
A multi-week project to build calmer, clearer working habits across a team — lighter meetings, simpler daily routines, and tools used with more intention. We co-design the changes with the team and support a gradual rollout, which is why the adjustments tend to hold after the engagement ends. Suited to growing teams that feel overloaded and aren't sure where the overload is coming from.
Typical Engagement Arc
- Wk 1Observation: shadow the team, attend meetings, review tools
- Wk 2Workshop 1: map current habits and identify pain points together
- Wk 3Workshop 2: design adjusted routines collaboratively
- Wk 4Rollout support: team adopts new routines, we're available to adjust
- Wk 5Habits guide delivered; final session to review and close
- +4wkCheck-in: brief call to see how habits are holding
Operating Rhythm Programme
A wider advisory engagement for established firms that want a steady, sustainable operating rhythm — clear planning cadences, a shared understanding of priorities, and light reporting that keeps leadership informed without creating overhead. We tailor the rhythm to your organisation's size, culture, and existing structures.
What the Programme Covers
- Current state mapping: how planning and coordination currently works
- Cadence design: weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning structures
- Priority clarity: how the organisation decides what matters most
- Light reporting: what leadership needs to know without bureaucratic overhead
- Rhythm playbook: written reference for ongoing use
